60-Day Return Policy
We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We accept returns for a full refund up to 60 days from the date of your order. All returned products must be in unused, sellable condition with all original labeling, packaging, pamphlets, or inserts (if applicable) for up to 60 days from the date of your order.
We will happily refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition (NOT USED). Please inspect and try on the skates prior to using. If there are any issues we must be notified prior to the skates being used.
Returns Within The Contiguous U.S.
Unless there is an error on our part (ex. wrong item shipped), shipping costs to return an item are not included. We can provide a prepaid shipping label for a flat fee of $15.00 /pair, which will be deducted from your refund amount. If you prefer, you may choose to ship at your own expense via a secure shipping method of your choice. In the event an item is returned due to a non error on our end, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of $6.99 /pair. For exchanges due to customer error, we do not provide free return shipping.
