If you believe you’ve received a defective product from FoxySkates, please contact us on our website. We will reply with instructions for return of the defective item(s).

Our Customer Service Department reviews each request carefully. Items that are approved for warranty coverage will be repaired, or replaced with a reconditioned item.

* Exclusions Apply: Warranty coverage applies only to product defects in manufacturing. Wheel bearings are not covered by the one-year warranty coverage. Product damage resulting from wear and tear is excluded from all warranty coverage.
