Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $89 via FedEx to the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
If your order was already shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the order.
Orders typically ship the same day when placed by 3pm Monday-Friday. We do not ship orders on weekends.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Orders are shipped by DHL fast ship.
Delivery time is 2-4 days. Shipping fees at checkout includes Prepaid Duties and Taxes.
Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for international order processing.
Any abandoned packages due to miss delivery and/or refusal of packages are non refundable.

TRACKING

Shipment tracking information will be emailed to the email address that was used during the checkout process once the order has been shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be provided.
