Customer service is TERRIBLE

I have emailed them four different times and have only received one response. It took over two weeks for them to actually ship my skates and I am trying to return the skates and I get no response from them about returning them. They did not send the skate tool that I paid for and I have gotten no response about that either. I do not recommend dealing with this company whatsoever.

Love how squishy they are, by far my favorite anytime shoe! But love them exponentially more after a 5 mile skate run! Nothing feels better than some clouds on my feet. I bought 2 pairs and considering ordering more. 100% highly recommend! True to size! Got them in hot pink and black.

Still waiting!!!!!!!!

Super excited about my purchase of black slides and charcoal skates! I ordered them on January 27,2024. A label was printed on January 29, 2024. Fed Ex has not received the order. It is February 10,2024. I have reached out to Foxy Skates twice with no reply. Foxy Skates could have at least replied!! It would be fantastic if Foxy Skates would have sent my purchase as quickly as the deducted the money from my account! Dude where’s my stuff?
