My experience with the company was bad

I bought these for a Christmas donation on Dec 5 that had a time deadline. It said 2-5 day shipping. It didn't show they had shipped only a label created. They hadn't ship so I contacted them and they asked if I wanted a refund or to reship. I told them a refund on the 13th of December. No refund and on the 20th the skates showed up. They told me ship them back for the refund, which I did and still no refund and then didn't answer my following emails. I went back to the website to start a brand new email chain because the other was being ignored and they answered and gave me my refund on Jan 24th but was only $32 not the $59.99 that I had paid. All emails are now being ignored. Definitely not a professional company with bad customer service. I will not recommend this company to anyone or use them again. The skates look really cute though and would have been perfect for an eight year old for Christmas.
