Shipping was very slow. It took way longer than expected. When they did arrive, it wasn’t what I wanted. I order charcoal black and received sky blue. I’ll never order from here again.

I ordered skates and a skate tool on the 15th of March... the email I got says a shipping label was created... but nothing else... no delivery date... haven't gotten the skates and it's now March 30th. I've sent 2 emails and gotten no reply to either and there's no phone number. Scam company.

I finally received my skates after weeks of leaving complaints and not getting responses. The skates came but are useless because they shipped me 2 left feet. It's going to be a problem trying to return/exchange them. I feel like this was done purposely. I must say the left skate fits comfortably and is true to size. What a disappointment.

will not be shopping from here again. ive been asking for a refund for a whole week and then some. no response what so ever. terrible customer service and i haven’t even received the order anyways . if i could rate 0 stars i would. do better. Filing with my bank because they won’t give me a refund.
