The skates are what I expected and I’m happy with them.
Shipping on the other hand was not the best.

Im absolutely obsessed with my skates, came in a timely manner and super comfortable! however, it didn't come with a tool to loosen the wheels but other than that awesome quality skates and also good for outside!

I placed an order and waited about three weeks for a package. What I received was not the correct skates like others have reported. I reached out to customer service, they sent me a return label but then went silent after. No refund, no correct skates. I did more digging and per the reviews, the company seems to be a scam. Completely disappointed as this was a gift! Do better!!!

I ordered several weeks ago and never received my skates and there was no tracking info. I emailed the company, no response. I filed a claim through the payment system I used and did get a response, they were apologetic and said my shipment was lost and I could get a refund or they would send me the skates again which I opted for. I received the skates today and they are completely wrong. looking through reviews it’s the same pair being sent to everyone. I ordered the Lux Scandal(purple/lime green) The packaging is also in very poor condition that I am unable to send them back in it. Mistakes happen but twice in one transaction is unacceptable.
