You send me a email saying they were sent and I never received anything!!! So I gave you 1 star since I couldn’t give you 0 stars!!!!
Shipping was very slow. It took way longer than expected. When they did arrive, it wasn’t what I wanted. I order charcoal black and received sky blue. I’ll never order from here again.
Accidentally left review before receiving product! I ordered skates, extra wheels, socks etc. $110 and haven’t received a thing. Still says shipping label created. Going to contact the BBB and see what can be done after reading all reviews.
I have the same problem as other people, I purchased them February 5th is April and I haven’t received them. I emailed multiple times asking for the status of my order and asking for a defund NO ONE has responded and there’s no contact number. They just took my money and no skates…I need a refund
It’s been weeks. I have emailed at least 6 times and haven’t recipe a single response. This company sucks and I am considering disputing this charge with my bank. I was told 2-5 days. Not 3+ weeks with no responses or communication.
Loves the color selection and they are the most comfy! Just wish I had more time to use them. Would highly recommend.

They dont respond to you, and they dont send their fucking skates to nobody. Ive been trying to contact them for months and still no response from nobody on this team. Its actually RIDICULOUS and im very disappointed as ive seen the good quality in their skates as my friend as a pair but mines never came through. OVER 158 DOLLARS SPENT ON SKATES THAT NEVER CAME LIKE ?? Dont buy from them its not a 100% guarantee they will send you anything. Im literally from florida as well so I dont think it should be that HARD TO SEND SKATES TO ANOTHER LOCATION IN FLORIDA.
Its been almost a month, ive contacted and contacted and contacted thru multiple different platforms and absolutely NO response, ive spent almost 158 dollars on the skates. Two seperate pairs and didnt get any. I was looking forward to my skates because my friend ordered her and got hers no problem. I JUST WANT MY SKATES LIKE WHAT SO MUCH MONEY WASTED. Actually frustrated and REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. ITS A 50 50 CHANCE UR GONNA GET UR SKATES WHEN ORDERING
Never received my product and no way to contact the company. 90.00 wasted.
Bumper broke off immediately and sent me flying into a ditch and ruined the threads on the bumper and the skate. So now I can't even use them
Good evening, I ordered some skates from you all for my daughter but I ordered the wrong size I thought I ordered a size 7 but what came to me was a size 5 will there be any chance that I can the size 5 back and get the size she needs
I ordered skates and a skate tool on the 15th of March... the email I got says a shipping label was created... but nothing else... no delivery date... haven't gotten the skates and it's now March 30th. I've sent 2 emails and gotten no reply to either and there's no phone number. Scam company.
The skates are what I expected and I’m happy with them.

I purchased a pair skates and they are the wrong size I would like to know if I can send what have back to you and exchange them for the size I need and that’s a size 7
The skates themselves are well made and adorable. The only problems I had is the box state when delivered. I like to keep my skates in the original box but mine was damaged. On the site it stated free keyring with purchase, and I did not receive it nor the tool I bought for my skates. Other than that shipping was reasonably quick, and I am overall happy with the quality and appeal of my skates :)
It has been over two weeks since I’ve ordered the skates, skate bag and slip-on shoes and I have yet to receive my order
I ordered from them beginning of February and still haven’t received them. All it says is label created. Emailed them 3 times and no one has responded. Terrible!! And possibly a scam. I contacted my bank for my money back. Do not buy!!!
