They cancelled my order with no explanation, but took the money out of my bank account. I demand a refund! That is theft at this point. Shady company. Avoid at all costs!

These laces do the trick, they’re nice quality and a little thicker than the ones I was replacing, which I personally prefer the look of. In person they’re more of an orangey red than a deep red - so keep that in mind if you’re looking for something super specific!

What can I say. I got my skates in about 2 to 3 days. They are great quality And I am enjoying them. This is my second pair

Received wrong skates, completely wrong color, and incorrect size! I tried to reach the company four times and they never responded. I had to throw away the skates and waste of my money. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER purchase from foxy skates! Shame on this company!
These are literally like walking with a little cloud on each foot! They are so comfortable that I am getting more in different colors. What a great purchase!

Shipping was very slow. It took way longer than expected. When they did arrive, it wasn’t what I wanted. I order charcoal black and received sky blue. I’ll never order from here again.
Accidentally left review before receiving product! I ordered skates, extra wheels, socks etc. $110 and haven’t received a thing. Still says shipping label created. Going to contact the BBB and see what can be done after reading all reviews.
I have the same problem as other people, I purchased them February 5th is April and I haven’t received them. I emailed multiple times asking for the status of my order and asking for a defund NO ONE has responded and there’s no contact number. They just took my money and no skates…I need a refund
